I want answers - frequently asked questions

1

Do you have a manual for my bicycle?

You may view and print online manuals here.

2

Where can I find Huffy bicycles?

Huffy bicycles can be found in over 10,000 retail locations nationwide in stores such as Kmart, Wal-Mart, Toys "R" Us and Target. Some stores may not carry all Huffy models, so it's a good idea to call ahead to see if they have the model you want in stock.

3

How much air should I put in my bicycle's tires?

Your bicycle has the answer to that one. The amount of air a tire needs depends on the tire's size and the type of riding it's intended for. Just take a look at your bicycle's tires-the recommended pressure will be molded into the sidewall, that section of the tire that runs between the tread and the wheel rim.

4

How do I get spare parts for my Huffy bicycle?

Getting parts for your Huffy bicycle is as simple as picking up the telephone. Just call 1-800-872-2453 with your bicycle's model number, which can be found on the bottom bracket shell, (sometimes called the crank housing). If you have a MasterCard or Visa you can order your parts right over the phone.

5

My bicycle's wheel has developed a slight "wobble". How can I fix this?

Occasionally, a wheel will develop a slight "wobble" or "hop," which will make it appear lopsided as it spins. Most of the time this can be fixed by adjusting the wheel's spokes, a process known as "truing a wheel".

6

Where is my nearest Huffy Authorized Service Center?

We have over 700 authorized repair centers, so help is never too far away. If your Huffy needs some mechanical TLC you can call 1-800-872-2453 to locate the service center nearest you.

7

How do I find the serial number on my Huffy bicycle?

Huffy bicycles have their serial numbers and model numbers a label placed on the frame, underneath the bottom bracket shell (sometimes called the crank housing). This is where the crank arms attach to the bicycle. Your bicycle's Owner's Manual has an illustration that shows the serial number's location. It's a good idea to write the bicycle's model number and serial number in the Owner's Manual for future reference. Register: www.huffyregistration.com

8

What is the warranty on a Huffy Bicycle?

There is a limited warranty on all Huffy bicycles. In most cases there is a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork, and a six-month warranty on other parts if you are the original owner. Check the Owner's Manual that came with your bicycle for detailed warranty information or call our toll free customer service number 1-800-872-2453 for further information.
